John Sullivan

John Sullivan is a Partner at McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter, LLP, with over a decade of experience handling complex trial matters including construction defects, premise liability, and personal injury since joining the firm in September 2011. Additionally, John serves as Of Counsel at Hudson County Child Abuse Prevention Center and holds the position of Chairperson at the Jersey City Ethical Standards Board. Prior experience includes ownership and associate roles at Lamb Kretzer Reinman & Roselle and a law clerk position under Hon. Elaine Davis at the Superior Court of New Jersey. Academic credentials include a Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Philosophy from Saint Peter's University.
