Justin Eddy

Justin Eddy currently serves as the Director of Food and Beverage and General Manager at Private Label Collection since December 2020. Prior experience includes a tenure at Thomas Keller Restaurant Group from July 2017 to December 2020, where Justin held multiple roles including General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and Dining Room Manager. From July 2014 to July 2017, Justin was the Restaurant Manager at Cooper's Hawk Winery and Restaurants. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology from the University of Florida (2004-2007) and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the University of South Florida (2013-2014).
