Mark Carges

Mark Carges is an accomplished board member and advisor with extensive experience in technology and cybersecurity. Currently, Carges serves on the boards of Veeva Systems, Phase One, Capture One, Meals on Wheels San Francisco, and Splunk, where involvement includes committees focused on compensation and cybersecurity. Carges has held advisory roles at Ocado Technology and Generation Investment Management. Previous experience includes notable positions such as CTO and SVP at eBay, where oversight encompassed search, data, platform technologies, and technical operations. Carges earned a BA in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley, followed by an MS in Computer Science from New York University.
