Jo Fry

Jo Fry is the Group HR Director at Mears Group PLC, responsible for leading the HR function for a business comprising approximately 10,000 employees since May 2012. Prior to this role, Jo Fry served as the HR Legal Manager and Group Head of Employee Relations at Travis Perkins for nearly 18 years. Academic qualifications include a Legal Practice Course and a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from De Montfort University, as well as an MA in Employee Relations, an MBA, and a BA (Hons) in Employee Relations and Business Studies from the University of Leicester. Jo Fry completed secondary education at Bishop Stopford Kettering.
