Zoe Gagnon

Zoe Gagnon currently serves as the Lead Software Engineer at Mechanical Orchard since February 2024. Previously, Zoe held the position of Principal Engineer at Orgspace from October 2021 to February 2024, where responsibilities included defining the technical direction for a seed stage startup. As Software Engineering Manager at Parachute Health from June 2020 to October 2021, Zoe was the first engineering manager, leading a team of eight and establishing processes for coaching and performance management. At Meetup, from July 2018 to June 2020, Zoe managed a team of six engineers, focusing on technical strategy and innovation. Previous roles include Software Engineering Manager and Senior Software Engineer at Pivotal, Core Services Engineer at Tumblr, Scala Engineer at Placeable, Java Developer at ClickFox, Java Engineer at Innoprise Software, and Lead Software Quality Assurance/Software Developer at Regis Learning Solutions, Inc. Zoe earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Metropolitan State University of Denver in 2010.
