Shelley Compton

Shelley Compton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering, quality, and operations management. Currently serving as the Head of Operations at MECO since August 2024, Compton previously held the position of Vice President of Engineering & Quality at Seemann Composites, Inc. from June 2019 to August 2024. Earlier career roles include Telecommunications & Technology Department Manager at M S Benbow and Associates, Vice President of Life Cycle Support Programs and Vice President of Engineering & Technical Services at Textron Systems, and various leadership positions at MECO, American Airlines, and Texas Instruments. Compton holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mississippi and an M.B.A. from The University of Texas at Dallas.
