Lauren Jackman

Lauren Jackman has significant experience in the fields of diversity, inclusion, employee relations, and corporate social impact, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Culture, Experience, & Learning at Medallia since March 2014. Jackman has led global initiatives to promote ethical organizational values and enhance employee engagement and belonging. Prior to Medallia, Jackman worked as a consultant on experiential media design at W. W. Norton & Company and served as an instructor and academic advisor at Stanford University, where a Ph.D. in Social Psychology was earned. Jackman's academic background also includes a Master's Degree in Social Psychology from Stanford University, a BA in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Michigan, and a Bachelor's degree in Social Psychology from the University of St Andrews.
