Emily Medina

Emily Medina is an experienced professional with a background in executive support and office management. Currently serving as an Executive Assistant at Medallion since September 2022, Emily previously held roles such as Office Manager and Executive Assistant at Postal.io, where responsibilities included facilitating marketing automation and event coordination. At WhiteFox Defense Technologies, Inc., Emily functioned as Chief of Staff, managing the CEO's calendar, coordinating travel logistics, and preparing materials for Board meetings.
