Toyin Adetoro

Toyin Adetoro is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in IT operations and service delivery management. Currently serving as Delivery Lead at Medavie Blue Cross since October 2021, Toyin is responsible for ensuring production system stability and minimizing incidents through proactive monitoring. Previously, as IT Operations/Delivery Manager at KnowledgeSquare Foresight Ltd, leadership extended to overseeing a team of over 50, implementing support processes, and managing vendor relations. At PZ Cussons Plc, Toyin held multiple positions, including IT Business Partner/Manager and Head of IT Service Delivery, where major responsibilities included project delivery, policy development, and the implementation of ITIL best practices. An MBA graduate from the University of Roehampton, Toyin also holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
