Sophie Valade

Sophie Valade, CRHA, has extensive experience in organizational development and human resources, currently serving as the Director of Organizational Development at Medavie since September 2019. Valade's career at Medavie Blue Cross began in August 2004, where roles included Manager of Talent Management, Manager of Organizational Development, Manager of Human Resources, and HR Consultant. Prior experience includes working as a Human Resources Advisor at Shire from 2000 to 2003 and as a Recruitment Advisor at Groupe Ranger from 1997 to 2000.
