Kendra Holtzman

As operations manager, Kendra marries two great passions—health education and creative problem-solving. The first passion was born of struggles in her own health journey, where she encountered a system that incentivized illness and illiteracy, rather than wellness. The second evolved when, as an exchange student in West Germany, she witnessed the fall of the Berlin Wall and Eastern Europe’s peaceful revolution.

At MedEncentive, Kendra oversees daily operations, quality assurance, and HIPAA compliance; serves as liaison to third-party administrators and subcontractors; and—her particular delight—manages patient and provider services. As a lover of language, Kendra also relishes her role as editor for MedEncentive’s many research studies and publications.
