Derek Gibbons

Derek Gibbons is an accomplished TV presenter and audio-visual technician with a diverse background in broadcasting and live events. Since April 2006, Gibbons has served as the anchor TV presenter for TJC (The Jewellery Channel) and has worked as a freelance AV technician for JacobsMassey and NAMM, showcasing expertise with various sound and camera equipment. Gibbons has also hosted the Ideal Home Show's Super Theatre and presented for Varonis at Infosecurity Europe, delivering cybersecurity insights. In addition to presenting, Gibbons has experience in video editing and software design, working with Exposure4 Ltd, and has appeared in significant roles in productions such as "Air Crash Confidential" and "The Real Story of...". Academic credentials include a BMus (Hons) and an MA in Music from Kingston University.
