This is a pivotal role at the heart of the organisation, supporting new business and marketing initiatives to deliver growth. Your contribution will improve and drive awareness of the MediaSense brand, product offerings and services among prospects, existing clients and staff - with a view to achieving business growth and engagement.

THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Growth Manager who has a positive attitude and entrepreneurial mindset with the key responsibilities below:
Empower the business development team to succeed by supporting across the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial contact through to closing an opportunity
Creating internal briefing material, collating information required for RFI/RFP responses and contributing to winning proposal responses
Support prospecting efforts by conducting market research and analysing trends to identify growth opportunities (i.e. prospecting lists)
Maintain the New Business Collateral library so that information is up-to-date, easily accessible and best represents our proposition (i.e. pitch decks, case studies, sales collateral)
Work alongside Marketing on growth team initiatives i.e. industry event preparation
Contribute to management of CRM system, onboarding internal users and ensuring sales data is correctly logged
Track and analyse key performance metrics to measure the success of growth initiatives and inform data-driven actions
THE ESSENTIALS
You are someone with the following expertise:
Ability to build and maintain relationships with peers and senior stakeholders
Strong organisational skills and an efficient working manner inclusive of managing a varied workload and ability to work well under pressure
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate compelling propositions
Experience in a B2B marketing or business development role preferable
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insight
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (HubSpot preferable)
