Claire Kinghorn

Claire Kinghorn currently serves as the Head of Culture, Talent & Leadership at Medibank, a position held since February 2023. Previously, Claire was the Learning and Organisational Development Lead at Open Universities Australia, focusing on adaptive leadership capability and fostering a coaching culture. Claire's career includes significant roles such as Manager of Organisational Development at Swinburne University of Technology, where initiatives led included employee engagement and cultural change programs, and various HR and management positions across organizations like the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency, BTCV, Hays, Design By Front Ltd, and Arup. Claire holds a Graduate Certificate in Organisational Coaching and additional qualifications in Training & Assessment, along with an MSc in Organisational Psychology and a BA in Education (Psychology) from Cardiff University.
