Anouphong Chanthavixay

Anouphong "Annoy" Chanthavixay has extensive experience in IT support, currently serving as the Assistant Manager of IT Support at the Medical College of Wisconsin since January 2015, leading a team of 18 and focusing on operational excellence in customer service and technical support. Previously, Anouphong held roles as Desktop Support Team Lead and Desktop Support Technician III at the same institution, providing guidance and managing team operations. Prior to that, Anouphong worked at Dedicated Computing, resolving IT issues and maintaining network and A/V equipment, and at Apollo Education Group, delivering technical support and training, as well as handling campus technology needs.
