Nikita Hartnett

Nikita Hartnett, MBA, serves as the Director of Communications for the Cancer Center at the Medical College of Wisconsin, a role initiated in March 2021, where responsibilities include leading a strategic communications team and developing a roadmap to enhance the center's brand in pursuit of National Cancer Institute designation. Prior to this, Nikita Hartnett held various communication roles at Northwestern Mutual from September 2010 to February 2021, culminating in the position of Assistant Director for Strategic and Executive Communications. Throughout this tenure, notable achievements included leading integrated communication strategies focused on diversity, inclusion, and talent advancement, as well as providing executive communication support for the company's leadership. Nikita Hartnett holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a degree in Communications, Advertising, and Marketing from Marquette University.
