Xiaolong

Xiaolong Ma is a Bioinformatics Analyst at the Medical College of Wisconsin since May 2022, focusing on loss of Y and diseases, as well as mosaic chromosomal alterations using the MoChA pipeline and various analysis techniques. Simultaneously, Xiaolong serves as a Business Intelligence Manager at Foxconn Industrial Internet USA, leading a team to provide data-driven solutions for manufacturing processes and conducting routine data analysis with tools like Tableau, Flask, and Django. Additionally, Xiaolong held roles as Lead Data Engineer and Project Engineer in healthcare data analytics, contributing to the R&D of a COVID-19 self-diagnostic device. Prior experience includes a position as Bioinformatics Analyst at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, where Xiaolong designed and maintained the NGS pipeline and developed AI algorithms for drug discovery. Xiaolong holds a Master of Science in Cell Physiology from the University of Cincinnati and a Master of Science in Animal Sciences from the University of Arkansas.
