Pilar Nos is an accomplished medical professional with extensive experience in gastroenterology and clinical management. Currently serving as President of Grupo Español de Trabajo en Crohn y Colitis since October 2017, Pilar has held significant positions at Hospital Universitari y Politècnic La Fe since May 2011, including Chief of the Digestive Medicine Service and Director of the Digestive Diseases Area, overseeing a diverse team and comprehensive services in gastroenterology, hepatology, and digestive surgery. Pilar is also the lead of the Inflammatory Bowel Disease research group at IIS LA FE, contributing to 114 indexed publications. Prior roles include Chief of the Gastroenterology Section at Hospital La Fe de Valencia and Resident Tutor in Digestive Sciences.
