Brian Lally

Brian Lally is an accomplished radiation oncologist and academic leader currently serving as Associate Professor and Vice-Chair of Operations at the Medical University of South Carolina since July 2023. Lally holds the position of Vice President/President-Elect at the American College of Radiation Oncology and serves as a member of the Board of Chancellors, as well as Chair of the Finance and Operations Committee. Previous roles include Medical Director and Radiation Oncologist at the University of Pennsylvania from October 2016 to June 2023, and Associate Professor in Radiation Oncology at Wake Forest University from August 2014 to October 2016. Lally has also contributed as Voluntary Faculty in Public Health Sciences and Assistant Professor of Radiation Oncology at the University of Miami and held the role of Acting Chief of Radiation Therapy at Miami VA Health System. Lally earned a BSE in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania from 1989 to 1993.
