Hope Carter

Hope Carter has extensive administrative experience in higher education and healthcare settings, currently serving as Assistant to the Chair and Vice Chair of Finance & Administration in the Department of Medicine and as Executive Administrative Assistant to the Dean of the College of Dental Medicine at the Medical University of South Carolina since July 2018. Previously, Hope held the role of Executive Administrative Assistant at MUSC Physicians, providing support to senior leadership from September 2013 to July 2018. Earlier career highlights include serving as Executive Assistant at GDLS-Force Protection, supporting the Vice President in administrative functions, and assisting in donor relations at the Medical University of South Carolina for over a decade. Hope earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Retail Merchandising from the University of South Carolina in 1989.
