Ron Ott

Ron was elected to the Board of Directors in 2006 and is the Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Governance and Compensation Committees. Ron brings to the Board a wide range of business experience having worked as an Accountant, Chief Financial Officer, Investment Banker and finally as the owner of Ott Financial Corporation (OFC), a financial services holding company. Ott Financial Corporation was the parent company of Davidson Securities, Inc, an investment banking company that grew to become a leading underwriter of municipal securities. OFC also owned a successful municipal consulting firm that provided financial advisory services to cities, counties, state agencies, school districts, universities and health care providers. In 2001, OFC was acquired by Gold Bank Corporation, a regional bank holding company which owned banks throughout the Midwest. In 2006, Gold Bank Corporation was acquired by M&I Bank, a national financial services holding company based in Wisconsin. Ron served Gold Bank and M&I Bank as executive vice president of the Wealth Management Division and continued serving municipalities throughout the Midwest. Ron’s career in finance brings critical expertise and financial acumen to the oversight of Medicalodges’ financial reporting systems, banking relationships and general business practices.
