Pauline Renou

Pauline Renou possesses extensive experience in supply chain management and project optimization across various industries. Currently serving as a Consultante fonctionnelle BC - ERP at Medicom Inc. since September 2020, Pauline facilitates the implementation of the Business Central ERP system across European sites, acting as an intermediary between supply chain teams and external consultants. Previously, within Groupe Renault from September 2018 to July 2020, Pauline managed production scheduling for various automotive components and optimized production flows. In earlier roles, including a project management position at Le Groupe La Poste and an assistant sourcing role at Gémo, Pauline focused on delivery optimization and supplier risk assessment. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Production Management from IAE Caen and relevant degrees in operational management and economics.
