Chamal Rathnayake

Chamal Rathnayake is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an L1 Engineer at Medicus IT since April 2024, previously holding positions at BlueNovo as both Help Desk Manager and Help Desk Analyst from January 2021 to June 2024. Prior to that, Chamal worked as an IT Assistant at the Harvard Club of New York from July 2017 to January 2021, providing IT support and services. With a strong background in user management, system configuration, and project management, Chamal has successfully led various technology initiatives, including the installation of Mitel IP phones and the enhancement of website functionalities. Chamal holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer and Information Systems from Baruch College and an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the Borough of Manhattan Community College, along with a Certificate of Completion in Financial Operations from Year Up.
