Wilma van der Steen

Wilma van der Steen has extensive experience in healthcare administration, currently serving as a Medewerker P&O Servicedesk at Medisch Centrum Leeuwarden since March 2018. Prior roles include Coördinator Bureau Medezeggenschap at Zorgpartners Friesland from August 2007 to March 2018, and Hoofd Opleiden at Zorggroep Elde from January 2000 to June 2007, where responsibilities included overseeing training for care facilities and home care organizations. Additionally, Wilma worked as a Praktijkcoördinator at Stichting Dommelhoven from 1997 to 2000. Educationally, Wilma is pursuing multiple qualifications at NHL Hogeschool and other institutions, having completed a degree in Lerarenopleiding verpleegkunde at HAN University of Applied Sciences between 2002 and 2005.
