Janel Hodge

Janel (Kauppila) Hodge is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in healthcare and service coordination. Currently, at MEDITECH, Janel drives strategic projects and collaborates with stakeholders to ensure alignment with company objectives. Previous roles include contract administration and data entry project specialization at Pediatric Home Service, where Janel focused on reimbursement optimization and EHR system implementation. Janel has also held various positions at Opportunity Partners, leading advocacy initiatives and staff training, as well as significant supervisory roles at ACR Homes, recognized for outstanding direct care and mentorship. Janel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Wellness from the University of Minnesota College of Continuing & Professional Studies.
