Rafaela Georgiou

Rafaela Georgiou is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Coordinator at Medserv plc since July 2021. Prior to this role, Rafaela worked as a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director at A. CHR. THEOPHILOU LLC from October 2018 to July 2021 and as a Human Resources Executive at Kairos Group Ltd. from December 2017 to May 2018. Rafaela holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Organisational Behavior from the Cyprus International Institute of Management, completed between 2016 and 2018, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of East London, obtained from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, Rafaela is a certified Life Coach, having completed training at the Robbins Madanes Training Center in 2019.
