Jaan Sidorov M.D., M.H.S.A., chairs the Clinical Advisory Board of MEDSOLIS. He is a general internist with over 20 years’ experience in primary care, disease management and population based care coordination.
Jaan has authored over 45 peer-reviewed publications, one of which on the electronic health record, was listed as most read by the prestigious health policy journal Health Affairs. He has been quoted in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Consumer Reports, National Public Radio’s All Things Considered and public television’s Need to Know. He is the author of the Disease Management Care Blog that regularly reviews advances in population health and has over 5,000 regular readers. Prior to his current roles, Dr. Sidorov was a Medical Director at Geisinger Health Plan for over ten years, where his responsibilities included starting and expanding its numerous care management initiatives, as well as at Hewlett Packard where he was a Medical Director in HP’s analytics enterprise.
