Kurt Gueldner

Kurt Gueldner is an accomplished finance leader with extensive experience in strategic financial management, portfolio management, and organizational development in both the medical technology and consumer goods sectors. Currently serving as VP/CFO of the Neuroscience Portfolio at Medtronic since February 2018, Kurt oversees all financial aspects of a $9 billion portfolio and leads a global finance team of over 140 professionals. Previously, at General Mills for nearly 24 years, Kurt held various senior finance roles, spearheading initiatives that resulted in significant cost savings and operational efficiencies. Kurt holds an MBA in Strategic Management from the University of Minnesota and a BBA in Finance and Risk Management from the Wisconsin School of Business.
