André dos Santos

André dos Santos is an experienced talent acquisition professional and organizational psychologist with a diverse background in sourcing and recruitment across various sectors. Currently serving as a Talent Sourcer at Meight since June 2024, André has also worked as an Independent Talent Specialist since January 2015, assisting tech companies and start-ups with talent acquisition and management. As a co-founder of Hired!BCN, the only sourcing and recruitment conference in Southern Europe, André has been integral in organizing four editions of the event. Previous roles include Global Sourcer at TheyDo, where contributions supported the company's growth from Seed to Series B, and Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at dLocal, focused on expanding the team's presence in Spain. André's education includes a degree in Organizational Psychology from Ispa - Instituto Universitário, supplemented by a background in HR management and project management.
