Currently serving as the Director of Coaching and Leader Development at Melaleuca: The Wellness Company since December 2015, Travis oversees leadership functions and drives new customer acquisition initiatives. Previous roles include Director of Inside Sales at Womply, where significant improvements in sales training and department setup were achieved, and Sr. Customer Success Manager at inContact, focusing on enterprise-level client management. At LifeVantage Corporation, Travis successfully expanded the customer service department while enhancing quality metrics and reducing hold times.
