Micaela Estevens

Micaela Estevens has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as a leader in the Hotel Technologies Global Task Force at Melia Hotels International since February 2018, focusing on innovation and digital transformation. Prior to this role, Micaela held various positions at Melia White House from September 2011 to November 2017, including Reception Manager, where responsibilities involved managing a team of 30 and enhancing operational efficiency. Micaela's career also includes roles as an Assistant Reception Manager and Receptionist at Confortel Hoteles. Micaela is pursuing a PRINCE2 Project Management degree from Westminster Business School and holds a high school diploma from Cambridge House British International School.
