Maja Toft is a seasoned food science consultant and entrepreneur, currently serving as the Owner of TOFT Food Consulting, LLC since June 2022, where the focus is on product development and commercialization in the food industry. Maja is also a Strategic Advisor at MeliBio, contributing to food science and product development efforts. Previously, Maja held crucial roles at Clif Bar & Company from 2014 to 2022, advancing from Product Development Manager to Director of Future Proofing, where responsibilities included leading innovation initiatives and collaborating with external partners. Maja's extensive experience includes significant positions at Odwalla and Lyons Magnus, as well as early roles at the Royal Danish Embassy in Tokyo and the University of Copenhagen. Maja holds a Master’s degree in Human Nutrition and a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Technology from Københavns Universitet.
