Carolina Garavaglia

Carolina Garavaglia is a seasoned administrative professional with extensive experience supporting high-level executives in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as a Senior Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Melinta Therapeutics since September 2020, Carolina previously held key positions at Allergan, including Executive Assistant to the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary, and Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer during their tenure from January 2015 to May 2020. Prior roles include supporting the Chairman & CEO and President of Actavis plc from October 2010 to January 2015, as well as serving as Executive Assistant to the President at Construction Claims Group from October 2006 to October 2010. Carolina holds an Associate's degree in Administrative Assistant and Secretarial Science from Kingsborough Community College.
