Kristi Liiva

Kristi Liiva is a prominent professional with extensive experience in organizational development and social initiatives. As the Head of Transformation at Meliva Eesti since 2023, Kristi plays a crucial role in Estonia's leading private healthcare provider. Involved with Praxis Think Tank since 2017 as a Supervisory Board member, Kristi contributes to socio-economic research and public policy. Co-founder and Council member of the Kiusamisvaba Kool Foundation since 2012, Kristi supports evidence-based anti-bullying programs in schools. Previously, Kristi co-founded Miltton New Nordics and served as a Partner at Miltton JLP, fostering expertise in corporate communications. Additional roles include being a member of the Estonian Public Broadcaster's Advisory Council and leadership positions in various organizations aimed at societal improvement.
