Racquel Maye

Racquel Maye, FSA, EA, SPHR, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR transformation and change management. Currently, Racquel serves as Principal at HR Transformation Consulting Group, guiding organizations in cultural shifts and change strategies since 2019. In addition, Racquel is the Human Resources Director at the Mellon Foundation, beginning in July 2023. Previously, Racquel held various senior HR roles at Kering from 2019 to 2023, where responsibilities included leading a shared services team and developing Total Rewards strategies. Additional experience includes positions at PwC, Colgate Palmolive, Mercer, and Willis Towers Watson, where Racquel specialized in HR due diligence, benefits administration, and actuarial analysis. Racquel holds a BSc in Actuarial Science from the University of the West Indies.
