Paul Carter

Paul Carter currently serves as Non Executive Chairman at both Memo Therapeutics AG and Kyowa Kirin International plc., where Paul chairs the Audit Committee. In addition to these roles, Paul Carter is a member of the Board of Directors for various organizations, including OPEN Health, Awakn Life Sciences, Immatics, and Echosens. Paul Carter holds the position of Lead Independent Board Director at Hutchmed, where Paul is involved in the Audit and Technical Committees and chairs the Remuneration Committee. Paul Carter has also been a Senior Advisor at Astorg and an Advisor at GLG Institute. Previously, Paul Carter was the Non Executive Chairman of Evox Therapeutics Ltd. Educational qualifications include a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from Ealing School of Business and Management and membership as a Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
