Raffaele Tortul is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational effectiveness and business solutions across multiple sectors. Currently serving as Head of Business Solutions and Head of Organization Development & Demand Management at Menarini España since September 2012, Raffaele focuses on enhancing organizational processes, technology, and structure in alignment with corporate strategy for Spain and LATAM. Prior roles include Senior Consultant positions at Everis, Accenture, and QAD, along with a Consultant role at TRW. Raffaele holds an Executive Master in Business Administration from EAE Business School, a Certified Supply Chain Professional designation from APICS Northern Colorado, and a Master’s degree in Industrial and Management Engineering from Università degli Studi di Udine.
