Tanya Prellwitz has extensive experience in customer service and account management within the packaging and apparel industries. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Service for Menasha Packaging since April 2017, Tanya has previously held various roles, including Customer Service Supervisor and Sales Project Manager. Prior experience includes working as an Account Specialist-II at Bemis Company, Inc. and as an Account Specialist for Vans and The North Face at VF Corporation. Tanya's expertise includes managing internal accounts across multiple regions and collaborating across functions to address escalated customer issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Educational qualifications include studies at the University of Wisconsin-Fox Valley and Fox Valley Technical College.
