Reine Kathryn Rala is an accomplished professional with significant experience in monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning across various sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of Monitoring and Impact Measurement at MEDA since November 2021, Reine leads the Impact & Knowledge Management Unit, focusing on enhancing monitoring and evaluation frameworks and providing technical support for project lifecycle management. Previously, Reine worked as a Monitoring And Evaluation Officer at EDC, overseeing USAID-supported programs aimed at providing second-chance education to out-of-school youth. With a robust background in managing M&E activities for various organizations, including Catholic Relief Services and Save the Children, Reine has developed expertise in data collection, analysis, and stakeholder coordination. Reine holds a Master of Public Management from the University of the Philippines and has completed numerous advanced courses in related fields.
