Arturo Avelar Soltero

Arturo Avelar Soltero is an experienced professional with extensive expertise in logistics, security, and advisory roles. Currently serving as Partner and Counselor at PaMexicanos and holding advisory positions at GIFT GROUP and Mensajeros Urbanos, Arturo is also an active member of COPARMEX and the Confederación de Cámaras Industriales de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos. As a registered lobbyist for the Mexican Senate since 2019, Arturo has previously held leadership roles, including President of the Asociación Nacional Mexicana de Empresas Courier. With a background in finance and administration, Arturo has led significant initiatives in the logistics sector, particularly at Grupo ampm/Soluciones Logísticas. Education includes an MBA from IPADE Business School and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Panamericana.
