Heather Hall is a seasoned professional in the field of mental health and healthcare administration, currently serving as Chief Administrator at the Mental Health Center of America since November 2024. Previously, Heather held multiple leadership roles at Embark Behavioral Health, including Executive Director and Director of Operations for Embark Phoenix from December 2021 to November 2024. Heather's extensive experience also includes serving as Chief Operating Officer at Doorways Counseling Center and various positions at BAYLESS HEALTHCARE GROUP-RAINBOW PEDIATRICS, TTY, Dunn Management, OLSON & HATCHER, PC, and the Deadwood Chamber of Commerce & Visitors Bureau. Heather Hall holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Black Hills State University.
