Sjors Reijers

Sjors Reijers is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning design, capacity building, and quality improvement across various sectors, including international development and mental health. Currently serving as a Learning and Training Expert at UNDP, Sjors leads the development of a comprehensive learning program for the Sustainable Finance Hub team. As Director of Research and Learning Design at the Mental Health Commission of Canada, Sjors oversees course development aimed at enhancing mental health literacy and stigma reduction, with a target of delivering almost 100,000 courses in 2023. Previous roles include consulting for UNICEF on capacity building initiatives and leadership within the Mental Health Commission of Canada, where Sjors implemented quality standards and innovative training programs. Educational credentials include a Post Graduate Diploma in Strategic Quality Management from the University of Portsmouth and multiple certifications in areas such as public sector marketing and adult education.
