Duane Oswald has more than 40 years of experience in the field of behavioral health and understands the historical complexities of an ever-evolving industry. A seasoned health care executive, he has held numerous President, CEO, and Administrator positions with various hospital systems throughout Maryland, Pennsylvania, and California. Mr. Oswald received His Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Goshen College in Goshen, Indiana, and his Masters in Healthcare Administration from George Washington University in Washington, D.C.
Mr. Oswald is active both nationally and locally on various Boards. Mr. Oswald brings a variety of Board leadership experiences in both Non-Profit and For-Profit organizations. He has been active in national leadership on various denominational Boards, having served as Moderator of Mennonite Church, USA, and most recently as Chair of the Board of Everence Financial, Inc. He is often called upon to train and assist in Board Development processes. Locally, he is the Past President of Rotary Club of Fresno (one of the largest 100 clubs in the world) and Past Chair of the Board of Boys and Girls Clubs of Fresno County (of which, he remains on the Board), and a retired member of the Fresno Business Council.
