Eola Änggård Runsten

Eola Änggård Runsten is the current Director at Mentice. Eola has also been the Interim Chief Financial Officer at Wise Group AB and the Chief Financial Officer at Academedia AB (publ).

Änggård Runsten has over 20 years of experience in different finance-related positions. Eola started their career as an auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers. After a few years, they transitioned into corporate finance and worked as a financial analyst and business controller at several companies, including Telia and Sdiptech. In 2013, they became the Chief Financial Officer of Academedia AB (publ), where they were responsible for building an IPO-capable finance organisation. During their tenure at AcadeMedia, the company tripled sales through a combination of organic and acquired growth. In 2016, AcadeMedia successfully executed an IPO.

In 2020, Änggård Runsten became the Interim Chief Financial Officer of Wise Group AB. In this role, they were responsible for the Spin-off and listing of Wise Group's subsidiary Brilliant Future. Brilliant Future was successfully listed on Nasdaq First North in June 2021.

Eola Änggård Runsten holds a B.Sc./Civilekonom from the Stockholm School of Economics, with a major in International Business and Finance/Accounting. Eola also holds an International Baccaleaureate from UWC Atlantic College, and a Professional Board Work - Diploma from Michael Berglund Board Value. Additionally, they have completed leadership training from the Wallenberg Institute.
