Jeff Miller

Jeff Miller is an accomplished professional specializing in learning and development, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement. Currently serving as a Partner and Principal at DoorTwo since August 2021, Jeff previously held the position of Chief Learning Officer and Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness at Cornerstone OnDemand, where responsibilities included overseeing learning culture and executive leadership development. With extensive experience in academia as a tenured Professor of Educational Psychology at California State University-Dominguez Hills and roles in significant corporate environments, Jeff has demonstrated expertise in driving employee happiness and engagement. Jeff’s educational background includes a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology and both an M.A. and B.A. from the University of Southern California and Pepperdine University, respectively.
