Noelia Gonzalez Vila

Noelia Gonzalez Vila is an accomplished entrepreneur and engineer with extensive experience across various sectors. As the Founder and CEO of Joy and Meal, Noelia has developed a digital platform that simplifies the process of booking home-cooked meal services for teams and families. In addition, Noelia serves as a mentor for early-stage entrepreneurs in the Aceleradora MentorDay, contributing to one of Spain's largest startup acceleration programs, co-funded by the EU's Next Generation Funds. Noelia is also a community member of 2hearts, which empowers individuals with immigration backgrounds in the tech sector. Previous roles include lead systems engineer and systems architect at Zühlke Group, startup mentor at InsurTech Hub Munich, and research fellow at Fraunhofer IPA. Noelia holds an executive education degree from IESE Business School, a master's degree from Technische Universität Wien, and an industrial engineering degree from Universidade de Vigo.
