Odunayo Akinlade

Odunayo Akinlade is a skilled Product Designer currently working at MentorsHub, where responsibilities include leading the user experience journey and driving product enhancements for market expansion. As Chair of the IEEE Women in Engineering University of Ibadan Student Branch, Odunayo led a team of 15 to promote events supporting women in engineering and organized STEM outreach programs, resulting in a 150% increase in membership. Previous experience includes serving as a UI/UX Designer at SPYDERWEBDS, contributing to significant user engagement and satisfaction improvements, and as Campus Lead for Odunayo Code Africa, where Odunayo grew the community to over 200 active members. Odunayo holds a BSc in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Ibadan and is currently enrolled in The Bridge Program.
