Marco Brugman is an experienced Kwaliteitsmanager with a comprehensive background in quality, health, safety, and environmental management across multiple organizations. Currently serving at Mepal since September 2022, Marco is responsible for elevating organizational standards, improving business processes, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations while leading the quality department. Previously at Hoffmann Neopac AG, Marco held the title of QHSE Manager, overseeing safety, quality, and food safety matters, as well as conducting audits and training. Additional experience includes leadership roles in quality and safety at organizations such as RPC Promens Industrial Jagtenberg Plastics, Coveris Rigid Netherlands B.V., mahle-amafiltergroup, and Flestic, where Marco consistently implemented ISO standards and improved processes while leading multiple teams.
