Eric Murfitt

Eric Murfitt has extensive experience in financial management and human resources, currently serving as Controller at Mercantile Portland since 2004. In this role, Eric oversees all HR processes, including recruitment, training, and benefits management, while also managing cash flow, expenses, accounts payable, payroll, and inventory accuracy. Prior to this, Eric worked at Starbucks Coffee Company from 1991 to 2004 as a District Manager, focusing on developing store management teams to enhance customer experiences and conducting evaluations to identify improvement opportunities across multiple locations.
