Yan Leng

Yan LENG is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in external affairs and public policy, currently serving as the Executive Vice President at Daimler AG since June 2017. Previous roles include Vice President of Government Affairs & Communications at Total, General Manager of the Construction Industry and Director of Industry Affairs at BASF, and Country Manager & Chief Representative for China at Hochtief. Early career experience includes a position as Deputy Department Manager at Beijing Comprehensive Investment Corporation and a role as 3rd Secretary/Chief Interpreter for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China. Yan LENG holds an MBA from China Europe International Business School and a Master of Arts from Heidelberg University, alongside studies at Tongji University and Peking University.
